Easiest thing to do is just use the publish link on the admin page. The
admin area of the site is protected using basic HTTP authentication,
which means you need a username and password, but those are already set
up, and are the same as before we migrated the server. I don't know what
yours is, but I can reset it.

I just had the publish.php link bookmarked.

Feel free to ping me off-list anytime. Also, if you're going to be at the
Installfest on the 20th, I could see about making it up there. Yeah, it's
not the best environment for going over stuff, but sometimes show works
better than tell.

Dave's example of using sudo to have the publish script run as Apache
works too, and is one way (and the easiest way) of bootstrapping the
website into existence from CVS, if the website is hosed and the
publish.php link doesn't work. If you're able to execute CVS via SSH then
you can also ssh into the server. Contact Crawford off-list if you need a
password reset.

Also, if you don't know how to set up an ssh key-pair (highly
recommended) ask here or on CLUE-Tech. (Or at Installfest)

Ok, so we should be thinking of a lovable, cuddly, stuffed penguin
sitting down after having gorged itself on herring. Still with me?
