[clue-admin] Website update trouble

As you all may know, I have been a little unreliable with my updates, and am sorry for this. As only recently have i been able to get a semi stable wireless connection, i can do the updates but i cant publish them. Dennis has told me to publish it via ssh, but i have no idea how, could somebody give me a quick tutorial on this? and if you want you can ask me any questions about the website.

once again i am sorry for lack of reliability, i will try very hard to get back on it.
