[clue-admin] Fwd: Installfest page

Admins,

The contactform.php isn't working--it produces a blank page (no HTML at all) regardless what to= is 
supplied.

I don't have time to chase it at the moment, maybe later tonight or otherwise not until Thur.  So 
feel free to jump in and fix it.

I just happened to check the links to the contact forms page for people to get in touch with you 
regarding Installfest needs, and the intended form is not working:

SO... if you have been getting fewer requests for Installfest needs, we now know why!!  ;-)
