[clue-admin] Website - drupal vs hand coded

Raymond,

Thanks for running the tests on my site.  I know a lot of pages will come
up pretty slowly at first but due to running FastCGI it should remain in
memory and hopefully be available more quickly on subsequent visits.

I am using the theme from the previous Drupal 7 site, but that can of
course be changed.  I am not a big fan of it, but it is a usable base at
the moment.
