I believe it is up to the CLUE President which is Dave A. at this time. However, since I am not aware of any current by-laws or policies of CLUE, that is a topic that is up for discussion.

There are no "secret deals" going on. There is open communications via the lists. Sometimes individuals do discuss things related to Linux and Open Source 1-on-1, but going to an extreme like this is quite uncalled for. If I did not know better you are exhibiting some distortions that rival the old phrase "my way, or the highway" when things are not going accordingly to your desired plans or agenda. This is not the first time this has been mentioned by others, including myself. This is quite aggressive behavior which is a "win-lose" scenario and not favorable to all involved.

Dave A.'s choices are his own. If Dave A. wishes to divulge such to others, that is choice. It is also his choice for privacy on the other end of the spectrum. Your remarks seem to borderline a delusional paranoia which are an extreme form of passive aggressiveness. Such is a "lose-lose" scenario for both sides in the end.

As for David W.'s choice on starting up another user's group, perhaps you should discuss such with him. I have. It is focused on IT education training (do correct me if I am wrong here David W.). David W. is an IT trainer in general with his former employment at Parsec. Such would fit his desires as well.

See above about the "my way or highway" remark. This is another example of such in being aggressive.

FWIW and back to being on "indefinite sabbatical".
