Greetings.

I would like to thank two of our long-time CLUE admins for their contributions 
to CLUE over the past several years.  Both have moved from active admins to 
the special group of admin emertius.  They join the other active emeritus 
admins:   Dave Hahn,  Roy Johnston, and Dave Anselmi.

Lynn Danielson, former President and Memberhip coordinator kept CLUE afloat 
during the lean times of the late 1990s and into its rebirth coincident with 
the new millenium.  Lynn's been a great help with many aspects of the group.  
He's an ardent supporter of Linux and is one of those guys who truly lives 
what he believes.  I personally have relied on his opinion for the past 2 
years.  More importantly, we will miss his recommendations for new types of 
world beers.  Thanks, Lynn!

Jef Barnhardt, former events coordinator has been a key contributor for 
enthusiasm about practical use of Linux.  He has coordinated installfests and 
was crucial in securing one of our previous meeting locations at 
Batky-Howell.   Jef has gone from printer guy to Linux guru in only a few 
short years.  I've been impressed with how well he expanded his knowledge of 
Linux.  In addition to Linux sysadmin, Jef is training others on Linux.

I've known both for close to 6 years now.  When we met, both accepted me 
readily as a newbie volunteer (promotions).  Since then, I have enjoyed their 
friendship and sharing our love of Linux in CLUE.

Of course, they will still be lurking around on email and in meetings.  Please 
be sure to thank each of them for their contributions to CLUE and, more 
importantly, Linux.
