So.  2 weeks until installfest at DeVry DTC.  If you need something

By chance it is also Software Freedom Day.  I've registered us to be an 
SFD event and all that jazz (but not early enough to have swag).  Still, 
we'll be there and have a good time.

Last year we happened to coincide with SFD.  It was the smallest 
installfest we've had leading me to conclude that people here don't care 
about Free Software.  But at least we were on the map.

This will be a bigger turnout because I already know of a few people 
planning to come.  Hooray! :-)  And we'll be on the map again.  Good 
grief!  Pocatello Idaho is on the map.  So is Albuquerque and Las 
Cruces.  Having been to all three I'm glad to be running things here, 
even if I'm not that organized. :-)

I wonder whether I'm organized enough to bring cookies or something?

The bad news is that I still don't have confirmation of our room.  I'll 
go by on Tuesday and ask what's up.  Maybe my contact got promoted out 
of there.
