[CLUE-Cert] that little fstab question

did some info page reading and found that the fifth column in fstab does
refer to the ability to "dump" that file system.  dumping is defined as
backing up with the "dump" command.  this leads me to believe that this
field has more to do with being able to backup the file system, then how it
handles cashing.

any one else do any looking into this matter?
