[CLUE-Cert] CertCities Guide to Linux Certs, 2003

I found this to be quite accurate and up to date as
well on the current situation with the Linux certifications
out there.  This is the "printable" version of it, hope
folks to not mind it.

In a nutshell, it talks about LPI, RedHat, and Linux+,
with the mentioning of the former SAIR Linux certification
as well being a fatality.

Hope this is a bit informative for those out there.
