[CLUE-Cert] DVR & digital broadcasts

Hopefully the precidence set two decades ago (court ruling on VCRs &
music cassettes) will overide the Digital Copyright Enforcement Act
that the RIAA is using to hammer people.  

A lot depends on the influence the RIAA & others are literally buying
in this year of campaigns.  (We really need campaign finance reform. 
Trouble is the people who would come up with the new laws are the
ones who benefit from the current situation.  Gee ... do ya think
they will cut themselves off to all that cash?  Not likely.)  

One can only hope ... or one could wright one's congress person...
