[clue-cert] trouble installing Linux

John,
Where did the CDs come from? If you downloaded them, do the MD5 sums
match? If not, you got an imperfect/corrupted download.
I've loaded Knoppix 3.4 on a Toshiba laptop with success. Hope that helps.
