[clue-cert] Pointillist

The Tuesday evening Cert. meeting conversations continue
to be fascinating.  I was looking through a coffee table
book, I picked up cheap a few years ago and happened to
see an article on the artist that Jef was referring to.
The guy most famous for the dot type paintings was
Georges Seurat (1859-91).  "Other pointillists imitated his
style, but none matched his skill."
