[clue-cert] Meeting tonight

David Wilson's certification group is going to try sharing our mailing list. If it turns out to be too confusing, we will split the list. I'm hoping, however, that we might be able to share information. 

We will probably need to identify which group the message is for. 

Our group, not David's, will be meeting tonight.
