Jon,

 - CLUE meets the second Tuesday of every month. So, only 3 more days! www.cluedenver.org
 - You might also want to participate in CLUE-cert meetings. http://cluedenver.org/display.php?node=studygroup or contact Lynn Danielson
 - Dave Anselmi hosts an Installfest every couple of months that's a lot of fun. http://cluedenver.org/display.php?node=installfest
 - Also, if you're into Ubuntu Linux, there's a pretty active Ubuntu LoCo here, but face meetings are rare. http://coloco.ubuntu-rocks.org/
 - Kevin Fries is coordinating a meetup group.
 - There's a pretty active LUG in Boulder.
 - And that's all I can think of off the top of my head.
