AT&T has been doing this for about 4 years now, just not in Denver
(about a year) but one thing to think about, how often does your cable
go out compared to how often your phone goes out?  and don't assume
coax is any cleaner, I have seen cable techs run the lines over the top
of a public sidewalk and then duct tape them down, as a permenant
solution, I've also seen them run across the tops of fences and all
sorts of places cable shouldn't be.
