Is anyone subscribing to AT&T using the RCA model cable modem? My reason for asking is that now I'm being told the problem with my service is the RCA modem. And, they will not provide any time-frame for problem resolution except "as soon as possible." There is a thread on comp.dcom.modems.cable regarding this. Randy
