Greetings.

This morning, I saw a previously unnoticed feature of KMail 1.2 (using KDE
2.1).

Like many Cluebies, I subscribe to many email lists. I have mail filters
that will file email from email lists to a corresponding folder. This is old
news as most email readers have had this feature for years. However, in
KMail, you can associate a folder with the email list not only for incoming
filters, but outbound messages:

+Right click on folder
+Select 'Modify' on the drop down menu
+Click on the 'Associated Mail List' tab
+Check the 'folder holds a mailing list' box
+Type in the email list post address.

Then, when you wish to post to this list, you can right click on the folder
and select 'Post to mailing-list'.

Cool!
Jeff
