Absolutely, but he has plenty of experience with computers, just not
with Linux.  The interesting thing is that I've approached him a number
of times regarding these issues (i.e. using Linux) and it hasn't been
the right time.  I'm waiting for his response back and trying to get
more info about the current system to see how this could come about.
