Let's remember that there were something like 21 states involved too. 
- From M$FT's view they're probably happy that the Ju$tice Department 
has backed off, but that doesn't mean that the other plaintiffs are 
particularly willing to back off.

And are we sure this is at the behest of the White House and not from 
within the DOJ? whitehouse.gov uses linux :-)
