[CLUE-Talk] CMM and Process Improvements

SEI-CCM is one of the BEST process models I have worked with.
Yes, it is tedious, but, man what a difference it makes in software development 
projects.  Any company doing lots of software development should be using some 
sort of process management.  SEI-CMM is a great one to look at IMHO.
