Well, it looks as if the Shared Source license from MS is even harder to 
capitalize than GPL software, and it has that same, nasty viral effect....

When will corporations relize that software development is a cost 
center, not a profit center, so any way to cust that cost is profit????

Question:  How many on this list are professional developers?  Of those, 
do you develop commercially sold software (shrinkwrap-ware), or internal 
use software?

The GPL does nothing to deter internal use software, it just allows 
redistribution, and therefore makes it dificult to offer commercially 
sold shrinkwrap wear.
