[CLUE-Talk] 4th Amendment Stuph

Jeff and all,
Fortunately(?), I failed to unsubscribe.  Apparently, I need to provide a
password.  I still will but let me "accept the olive branch" first.
There is no cause for guilt.  I had simply forgotten (i.e. never realized)
the mission of this mail-group.  I don't resent it at all, and in other
forums, I love a good debate or a little platforming.  Unfortunately for me,
every experience I have had with email-based political or religious debates
has been unpleasant, bad, or awful, so I would sooner carve off a toe than
indulge in one here.  I think maybe we should holler it out over beers some
fine Tuesday...
In conclusion, I am glad that you (all) have this forum for
debate/platforming, and I am doubly glad that I can retreat from it without
losing access to the CLUE-bers entirely.

I must apologize publicly if my post causes you to unsubscribe from
CLUE-Talk.  This was not my intention.  Further, I did not mean to write
what
I think now reads as an ultimatium -- that you can unsubscribe if you wish
or
ignore the thread.

My goal was to point out that CLUE-Talk is an open forum with most topics
welcome additions.  In fact, we created CLUE-Tech because many CLUEbies
wanted a Linux-only (technical) forum without what some consider off topic
posts.  So, we created CLUE-Tech.  It is possible that you fall into this
category of Linux / tech only interests.

Regardless, please let me apologize if I drove you off CLUE-Talk.
