[CLUE-Talk] Word document question about file creation and modification info.

A couple of reasons, but the first one is why there is a difference
between SO and Word in the properties menu item. Second, I know that
under Linux you can view this information rather easily, but I don't
know Windows and I'd like to know.

Reasonings: version control. Who has done what to what.

I find that the import command which is part of the ImageMagick
package works really well. It does almost any image format based
on file extention and will do a particular window that you click
on, or a selection that you box, or the whole screen if you wish.

I use the GIMP to do this. It works great. Start up the GIMP, go to the
file menu, select "acquire -> screenshot".

HTH.
