There will be a hearing on June 5th at 9:30 a.m. Room 242 1375 Sherman
Street to discuss the recent withdrawal of regulations SR 7.5 2002
(Computer Software and Maintenance Agreements) and SR-7 (Computer
Software) and possibility of new regulations (taxes) in this area.    
This is an opportunity for members of our organization to provide input on
a possible new tax that could significantly impact the competitiveness and
profitability of Colorado software development  and maintenance firms and
the companies that purchase these services.
