From another posting on NCLUG by Sean Reifschneider:

I notice that the domain listed for this store is registered to an "Anna
    Mitchell:

    Mitchell, Anna greeniguana4 at yahoo.com
    Da Vinci Technologies LLC

So, I guess this falls under the Colorado anti-spam law -- does anyone
believe that we shouldn't pursue this to the extent allowed under the
    law?

It sounds like this was also sent to another local LUG list -- someone
on #colug was mentioning it a few hours ago.

So it looks like we've been suckered.

In light of the above, it was suggested on NCLUG that Anna be sent a
polite note telling her not to do this again, and that NCLUG would
boycott her store. It was also suggested that she be sued under the
Colorado Anti-spam laws with the money going to NCLUG for various
club-related activities.

And besides, the referred web site didn't work, so I couldn't tell if
their prices/services were any good or not. I don't think we should tell
her that ....
