So, I guess this falls under the Colorado anti-spam law -- does anyone
believe that we shouldn't pursue this to the extent allowed under the
law?
It sounds like this was also sent to another local LUG list -- someone
on #colug was mentioning it a few hours ago.
So it looks like we've been suckered.
In light of the above, it was suggested on NCLUG that Anna be sent a
polite note telling her not to do this again, and that NCLUG would
boycott her store. It was also suggested that she be sued under the
Colorado Anti-spam laws with the money going to NCLUG for various
club-related activities.
And besides, the referred web site didn't work, so I couldn't tell if
their prices/services were any good or not. I don't think we should tell
her that ....
