I'm guessing I actually saw her today. I suppose I was in the store for
over an hour, talking with 1 guy who worked there, and with one of their
customers. Two other people came in later, and he didn't treat them as
customers.

I didn't find the level of technical knowledge to be very high. That sales
pitch is a pretty corny fake testimonial, to be sure.

Reasonable response there, I think. I wonder what path it took to get onto
the NCLUG list? I'll be interested to hear what response comes from them.

Too bad they couldn't come up with a better way to approach the local
Linux community.
