I have been real happy with Fairplay Communications for many years
now.  Check out http://www.fpcc.net and if you have any questions,
Kirk Rafferty is the sysop.  He is knowledgeable, professional, and
reliable and his service shows it.  He is also Linux-friendly
and is willing to work with you to get everything right, even when
you get beyond the dialup and want to do more interesting things,
such as in my case running CGI scripts for students to take exams.

Highly recommended.
