 agentorange writes "Microsoft Steps on Sale for K-Mart 
 
 Showing a complete lack of regard for the financial situation of 
 a company under stress in rough economic times, Microsoft has 
 decided to enjoin a bankruptcy court case to block a sale by 
 K-Mart of their Bluelight.com website and its assets. 
 
 In their zeal to "protect" their copyright, Microsoft has now 
 decided that it is time to kick a company while they are down. 
 After all, why allow K-Mart the right to transfer copyrighted 
 software that they sold to K-Mart to another company unless they 
 consent to that sale?"
