Not to rain to hard on the parade, but weren't there representatives of both 
Bush and Gore at the recounts when they were being certified?  Wasn't the 
recount done according the the already established Florida state law?  Did 
Jeb recuse himself from the entire recount process as to do away with any 
finger-pointing at his involvement?

who and what is corrupting american democracy?  based on this, that would be 
our laws - one of the foundations of american democracy...
