**  on a normal day, i get 10 to 12 spams.
    today, about 35-40, with a lot being
     ~100 kb  in size and having subj
    lines saying "your information" "my
    information" "wicked screensaver"
    and a few other things.

    also i got one note from the postmaster
    at aol saying "can't deliver your
    msg to [i think]  cologoldeneagle at -
    aol.com - detected incurable virus"
      --  i never heard of  cologoldeneagle
    and i don't use a ms email client, so
      --  whut the heck?

    however, this is not an unmitigated
    curse!  so far today, not a single
    "enlarge your anatomy!!"   offer.
