Sorry. I must have miss spoken. I was suggesting that you let them know that 
you are from the state of washington(wether you are or not, is irrelevent). 
Let them think that this is the 2'nd time for the spam. Big trouble (as in 
big costs) for them.  I simply harass them for about 10-15 minutes, before I 
"settle down".  Use that time to get their web site and who they are. I do 
suggest that you get it first. Many times, they are uncooperative. To be 
honest, I did that when I was unemployed and it was not costing me anything 
to call in the USA (mci neighborhood). It sounds like I was being an a-hole, 
but hey, if you do not sound off, they find it profitable. If you tie up 
their ppl and lines (esp. the 800 numbers), then they get pissed about it.

In our state, that will get you no where. If I lived in the state of 
washington, then I would call State Attorney.
