I was kind of surprised to see that this was an unanimous decision.
I think this one is going to be harder to overturn, but I think that
once the public gets wind of the fact that it will impinge on the fair
use rights they've come to expect (taping shows for later, for
example...) we'll see some serious support for reversing this decision
in Congress.
It's sad, however, that we're having to fight so hard just to keep from
losing fair use rights...
