I agree with Sean, I don't think that issue is really a
libertarian/authoritarian or left/right issue. I was watching a show on
"The WB" last night and noticed that the lead "news" story being
promoted all night was the opening of "Matrix: Revolutions" -- hardly
what anyone would consider news. (Note that Warner Brothers is the, or
one of the, main financiers of The Matrix movies, if I'm not mistaken.)

I think a lot of people are troubled by this sort of thing, and I don't
think you can really draw lines according to "left" and "right" or
"libertarian" and "authoritarian" to find the correlation.
