webmin did have security holes in the past so first i'd do is to run
it only when i need it and stop it after i am finished, usually at installation of machine or
configuring termcap on LPRng which is a PITA to do by hand.
another thing enable SSL support which isnt on by default, then change
the port its running on to make it little bit harder for would be
mass-attacker script kiddie to find it.
strength:
easyto use, makes life easier
weakness:
- like all automated confiuration program, it can cook your config and
rewrite it into soup.
- security issues
