My opinion is that Comp. Sci is better for long-term career aspirations -- 
you'll understand computers at a fundamental level by learning the principles 
of computer science.  These are then applicable to any IT job, adminstrator, 
dba, programmer - i.e., they're all relying on the principles so you're value 
to your future employers is enhanced if you can fully apply those principles 
to solve problems.
