Downloads still freeze up.  Sometimes it is impossible to restart the 
download, which is puzzling.  I don't know if the lockups are due to the 
ISP or Qwest.  Techangle has DSL now, so I'm planning on switching. 
 Then we will see if the download problem still exists.
