[CLUE-Talk] Amazon.com won't respond

I have had a recent case of someone getting into my Amazon account and 
trying to buy stuff.  Everything for ME is OK now but they also put in 3 
other credit cards of other people.  How do I notify these people?

Also, I tried to email Amazon.com what happened (through their online 
form) and they still haven't responded.  How can you get their attention?
