[CLUE-Talk] Amazon.com won't respond

I only get to see the last 5 digits, but I still don't want anyone blaming 
me for any problems.  Also, would I contact Visa or would I contact a 
company like citibank?  I know that when I have to cancel my card, I have 
to contact something like citibank.
