I agree. No matter which individual you find, make sure that the instructor
teaches proper typing form. To avoid RSI, she should try to avoid poor
habits of posture and keyboard movement. I recommend the following program -
MouseKeyDo, which will teach proper (i.e., safe) form:

Although not specifically designed for kids, there are songs and other fun
stuff to learn as she learns how to use a keyboard without injuring herself.
