I don't need to be provided a DNS server, so if it's cheaper, I can go
with a  company that doesn't provide a DNS server.  I noticed some
companies offer more than just registration.  Also, any chance of me
"registering directly?"  How do these companies get the power to register
domain names from Verisign?
