I recently experienced some inflammation and pain, and was
also feeling down.  I switched the mouse over to the left
side and I've been feeling more "up" (and, my wrist feels
better, too, not surprisingly).

It did take a while to get used to mousing with the left
hand, and I'm probably still not as fast as with the right
hand.
