Over 65 presentations and 75 projects were showcased at the April  
2006 Gelato ICE: Itanium Conference & Expo, the only event dedicated  
to advancing the Linux on the Itanium architecture. Presentations and

Also during the event, Intel announced several new beta  
opportunities: a new parallel programming model, Intel Thread
