It's not about the viability of digital cash, per se. Really, it's the
notion that the U.S. govt. now apparently believes that it's OK to place
people under surveillance, (USAPA calls for financial monitoring) without
probable cause, or reasonable grounds for suspicion - no warrant, no
subpoena.
