We use OpenCMS (http://www.opencms.org) on the site I support (
https://www.fiservhealthservices.com) It works wonderfully for us (we are a
Java shop) - it is run on a Gentoo Linux box. I can't give too many
technical backend details because of system security reasons being we
support people's personal health information (PHI) so LOTS of HIPAA rules
apply.
