Amen to that.  I also regularly vote "anti-incumbent".

My theory is... if I don't know this guy, and he hasn't done anything to 
"represent" me in such a way as I have HEARD about it, and know he/she 
is doing good things...

Time to bring out the next schmuck and let them give it a go.

Doesn't matter what party affiliation they have... other than that whole 
check-and-balance thing mentioned above.  Ratios are important. 
Deadlocks are always the best.  Less laws passed, less government crap 
created.  REALLY important stuff is all that gets done, when deadlocked.

Filibusters also rock, just 'cause they're fun to watch.
