There are always people spouting hatred of America. There are countries that
we consider to be allies that spout hatred of America. I don't see why that

That is completely untrue. There are American Muslims. Just like there are
American Catholics and American Baptists and American Methodists and American
Buddhists and American Daoists and American atheists and American agnostics
and American Idol. I have no idea what you mean by "there is no American
Muslim."

I would recommend reading websites that are a little less hate-filled than
jihadwatch.org to get a more balanced and realistic view of the situation.
