Yes, but I didn't really see the point in it.  I mean the main reason to 
like Linux isn't because it's free.  And I really doubt ReactOS (which 
if I remember correctly, was started with Win 2000 in mind) can keep up 
with Microsoft if they keep changing things.  I think most of what 
ReactOS uses is code from wine (or started out that way), and I would 
hope any new stuff is added back to wine.
