Don't worry David:  this is exactly the kind of talk that pushes people 
like me who sit on the fence between the parties toward the Democrat 
side.  And the next time someone acts like "socialist" is a bad word, 
remind them that all the "socialist" countries mysteriously seem to have 
longer life spans than we do, not to mention more vacation time.  ;)

Sorry folks, but that kind of "leave me alone and I'll leave you alone" 
attitude really only works in places where your neighbor still isn't 
living on top of you, which explains why most of the middle of the 
country is red.  And since this is a Linux list... just how "socialist" 
do you think the idea behind the GPL is?  Think about it.
