This link is to the page with Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007, 
available new for $84, and used for $71. I assume off of amazon.com, 
that you don't have to prove you are a student in order to get the 
student price. I don't know how many of the unwebsaavy will need to make 
powerpoint presentations. I know there are some things missing from this 
Office Suite, but it is significantly cheaper than the full version.
