[clue-talk] speculation on Microsoft's worst enemy

I think that MS's worst enemy is two fold:

1) Vista  (ME II)
2) Things that are not desktops.  (Set top, netbook, smart phones, game
consoles)

Their model is ending, and they are too big to switch quick enough to
whatever the new thing is.
